User Data Deletion

Please use the subject line "Data Deletion Request" when emailing, so your request reaches us quickly.

So we can find your records, please include the identifying information you registered with:

• Your full name (as entered on the registration form)
• Your WhatsApp / mobile number
• Your email address
• Your Registration ID (if you have it, e.g. URJ-20261002-000001) — optional but helpful

We may ask a follow-up question to confirm the request is genuinely from you before deleting anything.

Once we confirm your request, we will delete the personal information we hold about you — your registration details and contact information. We aim to respond to requests promptly and will tell you what was deleted.

Some information may be retained where we are required to keep it — for example, payment and transaction records that must be preserved for legal, payment and accounting obligations. Where this applies, we delete everything else and keep only the minimum records required, and they are not used for marketing or follow-up afterwards.
